Chicago, Illinois – April 8, 2024 – Some of the top high school boys’ basketball seniors from the Chicago Catholic League (CCL) and East Suburban Catholic Conference (ESCC) will compete in the annual CCL-ESCC All-Star game on April 12 at the Igini Sports Forum on the campus of Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. CT and admission is $5 for all entrants.
“This a great opportunity for our seniors to showcase their skills one more time before they graduate,” said Erin Dwyer, head coach at St. Francis and coach of the CCL All-Stars. “A majority of the young men participating in this All-Star game will be playing in college, so this is a great chance for basketball fans to enjoy a highly competitive game among some of the top players in the Chicago area.”
“Our guys are excited to compete against the CCL All-Stars and we are looking forward to a great night of basketball,” said Rick Romeli, head coach at Marian Catholic and coach of the ESCC All-Stars. “All of the players in this game were either selected All-State, All-Area or All-Conference so fans will get to see some of the premier players in the area.”

- St. Viator: Mitch Humphrey

Participants in the game were chosen by their respective leagues and the uniforms worn will be those of their respective institutions. Officials will be assigned by the Chicago Catholic League and the contest will be played under NCAA rules including the three-point distance of 22 feet, 1 ¾ inches and a 30-second shot clock.
