As part of Marist High School’s ongoing dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we share a short updated as to our ongoing partnership with the Hispanic Community.
On November 15, Principal Meg Dunneback and President Larry Tucker met with members of the Consulate General of Mexico in Chicago, including Consul General Reyna Torres Mendivil. The meeting included discussions on the importance of promotion and appreciation of the culture of Mexico and the contributions of Mexican people in Illinois, and how the Consulate General and Marist can partner together in the near future.
We look forward to continuing our conversations with the Consul General, and helping bring a better understanding of diversity in our community.
