We Live To Make Jesus Known and Loved
The work that students and staff do within the Campus Ministry programs is at the heart of Marist’s mission to make Jesus known and loved. It is at the very core of our work that students not just know the Catholic religion, but live the faith! Marist’s spirituality includes:
- Daily school prayer
- Liturgical celebrations
- Local and out-of-town mission trips
- Marist Youth service program
- Prayer as part of each class
- Religion classes all four years
- Retreats
- Sacramental preparation for Baptism, Reconciliation, Holy Communion, and Confirmation
- Senior Service Programs
These religious activities enhance students’ spirituality and bring them closer to a lived faith. Each activity helps us to “serve the least favored” and strengthen Marist’s special devotion to our Mother Mary.
As a school committed to our Roman Catholic Faith, we are blessed to have Fr. Tom Hurley ’85 at Marist full-time as the Vice President of Advancement and Ministry. We are grateful for his presence and the spiritual guidance he provides to our administration, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and Marist Community.
