Four Marist High School seniors from the Varsity Football team participated in a National Letter of Intent signing ceremony on Wednesday, December 15 in the school’s RedHawk Theater. The event confirmed their plans to continue their academic and athletic careers at the college level.
Surrounded by coaches, parents, and teammates, members of the football team shared where they committed to attend and play. Dontrell Jackson Jr. will attend and play for Coastal Carolina University. Deuce McGuire will play at Northwestern University. Jimmy Rolder committed to attend and play at University of Michigan. Last, Ak’Tavion Agee will head to University of Dayton.
More commitments are expected as the school year continues. Marist is a member of the competitive East Suburban Catholic Conference, and its athletes and teams regularly garner success at the local and state levels. Congratulations to our student athletes. We wish you all the best in the coming years.
